Since its foundation in 1906, as a pioneer of Belt manufacturer, Bando Chemical Industries, Ltd. has been pursuing industrial developments in various areas such as Transmission Belts for automobiles, industrial applications and agricultural machinery, Conveyor Belts for transporting soils, sands and iron ores, and Lightweight Conveyor Belts used at the sites of food processing and logistics. We have also produced the blades which were used in copying machines and others, the films which were used in relation to architecture, medical and decoration, and other items. As a manufacturer of functional components, we now operate our business globally in more than 10 countries.

In the fiscal year of 2013, Bando Group has made our 10-year mid- to long-term business plan “Breakthroughs for the future” to accomplish our breakthrough toward the future. In the first stage (BF-1 fiscal year 2013 – 2017), we had been focusing on strengthening our core businesses and creating new businesses. At Bando Techno Fair 2018, we introduce our core businesses and the shoots of our new businesses generated through BF-1 with some of their possibilities.
